"What she done is wonderful, fantastic. We don't share the ethnic group. We didn't even know her before. But when you consider what she's done for us, it's amazing."
Maman Nestor, Rose and Nelson Nsabimana
(Continued.)

Q: Whenever you see Maman Nestor how do you feel?
Nelson: We see her as a saviour. If soldiers found us in the place were we were, they would have killed us without delay. We couldn't escape and there was nothing we could do. We would have died. She is our mother.I owe her my life. I can't do anything to thank her enough. As far as I'm concerned, I feel that she is more important to me than my real mother. What she done is wonderful, fantastic. We don't share the ethnic group. We didn't even know her before. But when you consider what she's done for us, it's amazing.

When we see her, we treat her as our mother, our saviour. I can't say enough about her.
